I've had it for over 2 years and it's pretty solid and a nice piece of furniture! The computer station is interchangeable so that it can be on your left or right. Also, you can use both ends separately if you so desire. It actually looks really nice. It's pretty sturdy too. It holds my bulky desktop without a problem. Best part, the pieces each come with a sticker label on them, so when the directions say "attach part c to g" you can tell what it means.There are a couple minor annoyances. The keyboard tray isn't big enough for a keyboard and mouse. For me that's ok because I would rather have my on the desk where it's a few inches higher up. The other odd thing is that the middle section is secured with suction cups along the outside and not screws. They seem sturdy enough, but when my cat jumped on the desk it caused one side to be pushed down a little, and now the middle piece is crooked. It looks funny now. Overall though I think this was a good purchase. It holds my stuff, it can handle my cats jumping on it, it's a great price, and it looks good. Upon arrival there were several large tears and dents in the (very heavy) package, so i was afraid that it migh have been damaged. Upon opening the cardboard box, there was another box inside that one, also damaged, but not as much, though i could now see the stuffing on the inside from a few deep tears. Upon opening the second box, i saw that there was a 1/4 inch of sturofoam all around that managed to keep the contents safe. All the parts were packaged in plastic. When i took the parts out, i noticed that there was no glass in the box... upon some review, i flipped the box over, and the glass was all on the other side, behind another layer of styrofoam, with plastic sheets between the glass panels. Overall very nicely packaged. During assembly there were some difficulties, but overall it went well.
